SARAH HAMILTON, MPA
Recognized as a “Social Impact & Community Engagement Expert” by Forbes and named a “Social Impact Hero” by Authority Magazine, Sarah Hamilton, MPA is a Social Impact Specialist collaborating with changemakers on nonprofit, NGO, and philanthropic initiatives for two decades. Sarah has consulted on Nobel Peace Prize Laureates Initiatives for Desmond Tutu, PeaceJam (the 9-time Nobel Peace Prize nominated nonprofit led by 14 Nobel Peace Laureates ), the Dalai Lama and Shirin Ebadi.
Appointed by the U.S. Department of State to the Fulbright Specialist Roster, Sarah was selected to represent the U.S. abroad on social impact projects identified by the U.S. Embassy and international nonprofit and educational institutions. She is a member of the United Nations Association of the U.S.A. and UN Women. Sarah serves on the Advisory Board for Nobel Laureate Desmond Tutu’s initiative TutuDesk and is a UNA-USA Delegate for the UN Women's 65th session Commission on the Status of Women.
Sarah received the U.S. Presidential honor "Lifetime Call to Service Award” honoring her service to the nonprofit sector, and she is the recipient of "Women in Business Making a Difference Award" honored locally from the chamber of commerce. She has produced acclaimed social impact TEDx Talks and is an Executive Producer on the social impact film ‘Limbo’ from Emmy-nominated Director, Lotje Sodderland, and screened at the 74th Festival de Cannes short film corner. Sarah serves as an Emmy Award judge for regional social impact and public service announcement (PSA) entries at the National Academy for Television and Science.
Sarah graduated summa cum laude with a master’s degree in public administration and public policy.
